Burn Ban- Nokomis Fire Protection District

Starting Sept. 29, 2025 the Nokomis Fire Protection Dist. is prohibiting buring of any type per Open Burn Ordinanace 2023-03. Nokomis Fire Chief, Michael Smalley will reasses in 7 days and extend the ban if necessary.
